Hawaii real estate investment company Avalon Development, a subsidiary of Avalon Group, has purchased just over 11 acres in Honolulu that previously served as the site of the Saint Francis School until 2019. The property was purchased from the Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities for $23,350,000 or about $179 per square foot.
