Toll Brothers' Apartment Arm To Grow US Portfolio With Investor's Help

The apartment arm of homebuilder Toll Brothers, in a joint venture with New York City-based Pondmoon Capital USA, an investment manager with deep roots in Asia, has begun work on a new luxury mid-rise apartment building on a tract in Frisco Square near Toyota Stadium in the fast-growing Dallas suburb of Frisco, Texas.
