STR: Berlin Hotel Performance Improves, but Remains Low Overall

Occupancy, Rate, Revenue Per Available Room Reach Highest Levels Since October

STR’s preliminary May 2021 data for Berlin hotels showed slightly higher performance compared with previous months but at overall low levels.

  • Occupancy: 17.0%
  • Average daily rate (ADR): EUR70.53
  • Revenue per available room (RevPAR): EUR11.99

Each of the three key performance metrics were the highest in Berlin since October 2020.
