Wood Partners broke ground on the $50 million project known as Station 650, a 217,000-square-foot, mixed-use development consisting of 183 luxury apartments and approximately 2,500 square feet of retail space in Potomac Yard, a neighborhood situated six miles south of Washington, D.C. in Alexandria, VA.
