Drawings submitted to the city of Seattle provide the first glimpse of a building planned by Vulcan Real Estate for one of the last largely undeveloped sites in the city's South Lake Union tech hub, a collection of six parcels that roll up an entire block on the neighborhood’s waterfront northern edge.
