With the slowdown in new development completions across Manchester city centre, two substantial renovations are set to be at the forefront of refurbished grade A space. Once delivered, the Rylands Building, which is the former Debenhams, and Sunlight House, near Spinningfields, will provide a combined total of 460,000 square feet of space.
