SL Green Realty, Manhattan’s largest office landlord, now fully owns a 44-story office tower on the corporate headquarters-heavy Park Avenue in New York after reaching an agreement via the Chapter 11 restructuring process of the former owner, an affiliate of Chinese conglomerate HNA Group.
