Osceola County has approved two new measures that could make it less attractive to developers

New apartment development has been rapid in the Orlando market since the beginning of the pandemic, with the total number of units growing by 50,585, or an inventory expansion of nearly 30%, since 2019. Many of the projects that broke ground in the record development year of 2022 have now been completed, and construction starts have slowed markedly.
