Houston Company Acquires 63,000-SF Suburban Phoenix Campus

Houston-based Waste Management National Services purchased two office buildings, a warehouse and an auto repair shop to use as a training facility in Glendale, Arizona, from a private local investment firm. The 63,400-square-foot campus sold for $5.6 million, or about $88 per square foot.
