East Bay Apartment Rents Continue Decline as 2020 Draws to a Close

Divergent Path of Urban, Suburban Areas Becomes More Apparent

Heading towards the end of 2020, East Bay apartment rents have declined over 4% since their March peak. But the East Bay has held up better in comparison to nearby San Francisco and San Jose, California, where rents have declined in excess of 10% since March.
