Parent of Hair Cuttery Begins Talks to Exit Leases

Ratner Cos., the parent of such ubiquitous salon chains as Hair Cuttery, Bubbles and Salon Cielo is in talks with retail space landlords about getting out of leases as it looks to close 10% or more of its 844 stores.
