Quilvest USA Inc., a New York-based investment firm with approximately $36 billion of assets under management, has sold three manufacturing facilities in Tipp City, Ohio, to Capital Square 1031 of Glen Allen, Virginia, for $7.5 million, or about $50 per square foot.
