Hotel development in El Paso, Texas, has grown steadily after a slowdown between 2018 and 2023, which resulted in low new room completions. In fact, no new hotels opened in 2022 and 2023 in El Paso. This has changed, with 2024 showing a little over 600 rooms under construction, signifying a significant boost to future supply in 2025. The number of rooms under construction accounts for approximately 6% of the inventory.
