With the coronavirus pandemic continuing into 2021, Robin Schneiderman wasn't sure when his firm officially would kick off sales at a new luxury condominium tower in development on New York City's Upper East Side. He got his answer after seeing a jump in high-end Manhattan condo sales in February.
