In a telling sign that the hard-hit retail industry's recovery from the COVID-19 fallout is underway, thousands of executives, real estate developers, brokers, tech startups and other vendors ventured to the Las Vegas Convention Center for the first major in-person event hosted by trade group ICSC during the pandemic. And they're swapping techniques that sprung from the pandemic in the interim.
