Dream Industrial is unloading almost its entire American industrial portfolio in what is essentially a unique recapitalization that values the properties at 480 million U.S. dollars, a figure one analyst called "underwhelming" but who also pointed out some advantages to the structure of a deal designed to generate revenue in an in-demand property sector.
