Weidner Apartment Homes, a national multifamily investor headquartered in Kirkland, Washington, has purchased the Stitchweld in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood from Indianapolis-based Milhaus Development for $54.3 million, or about $187,000 per unit.
