Cineworld is making progress on finalizing its U.S. real estate portfolio after telling a bankruptcy court that lease negotiations with its second-largest landlord have stalled, leaving it with little choice but to reject 25 leases with Realty Income Corp. before the movie theater operator can exit Chapter 11 bankruptcy next month.
