Santana Row, which opened 20 years ago in San Jose, California, today attracts 30,000 people daily to its 42-acre mixed-use development including shops, restaurants, rental homes, condominiums, a hotel and more.
One Santana West is the project's most notable expansion in years, adding 375,000 square feet of flexible office space across eight stories.
Designed to attract companies looking for flexible space, energy efficiency and other sustainable benefits, One Santana West incorporates high-efficiency HVAC systems, touchless elevators and a rooftop terrace and garden.
