New York & Company parent RTW Retailwinds joined the bevy of national retailers that are turning to Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and plans to close most, if not all, its 378 stores. But at the same time, it may go a step further than other chains by mulling a sale of its e-commerce site in a sign that even online sales may not save some retailers.
