European hotel investment achieves five-year high, Cushman analysis finds

European hotel transactions totalled more than €22 billion in 2024 after €10.4 billion of deals were registered in the second half of the year to set up a bumper year for the sector, analysis from global real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield shows.
