Chick-fil-A owner Dan Cathy and fellow founders of Pinewood Atlanta Studios, a major North American movie studio where "Avengers: Endgame" and several other blockbusters were filmed, are building new stages and creative offices at the property and plan to start next year on two hotels at their mixed-use project across the street.
