
Dedeman Park, which is aimed at short-stay business travelers, will feature simple and modern design and the latest technological equipment.
Dedeman has signed a management agreement with Apeas Engineering and Consultation for 10 Dedeman Park hotels. The properties are planned to open over the next five years. The first hotel in that deal will be the 120-room Dedeman Park Denizli in the industrial city of Denizli in southwestern Turkey.
The new brand won’t just be confined to Turkey. Hotels are already under construction in Oskemen, Kazakhstan, and Moscow. The hotels are expected to be opened in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
Dedeman Group started its tourism operations through the inauguration of the Dedeman Ankara in 1966 and continued its investments with Dedeman Istanbul, Antalya, Cappadocia, Palandöken, Rize, Park Antalya, Diyarbakir, Silk Road Tashkent, Palandöken Ski Lodge, Konya, Sanliurfa, Sofia , Plovdiv, Gaziantep and Zonguldak hotels.
Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International currently has 16 hotels comprising 4,000 rooms.
