Kennedy Wilson bags major London office letting

Kennedy Wilson has signed Reckitt for all of the 52,000-square-foot 6 Roundwood Avenue offices at Stockley Park, close to Heathrow in west London.

Reckitt is a British multinational consumer goods company, formerly known as Reckitt Benckiser, headquartered in Slough. The group is a producer of health, hygiene and nutrition products with brands including Dettol, Harpic, Durex, Air Wick, Cillit Bang and Gaviscon. It is headquartered in Slough at The Turner Building at 103 Bath Road and the majority of its staff will remain there.

Stockley Park, close to Heathrow and the M4, comprises 1.5 million square feet of offices and is owned by several landlords. It has been diversifying its occupier base to respond to increasing vacancy.

Kennedy Wilson bought 6 Roundwood Avenue in 2015 as part of a major portfolio of offices bought from Apollo Management Holdings for £211 million.

CoStar News revealed in 2021 that Japanese imaging solutions group Canon was to relocate from 3 The Square and other office, including 6 Roundwood Avenue, to consolidate i 151,000 square feet at The Bower in the biggest letting at Stockley Park for 30 years.

Reckitt was advised by Cushman & Wakefield while Kennedy Wilson was advised by Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield.
