Hudson Furniture Leases 23,000 SF in Chelsea

Furniture Gallery Inks New 10-Year Deal on 2nd Floor

Hudson Furniture, a concept design showroom for large-scale, sculptural furniture and lighting designs, signed a new 10-year lease for 23,000 square feet in the office building at 112-118 W. 20th St. in New York City. The eight-story building totals 185,000 square feet in the Chelsea submarket. The Kaufman Organization owns and manages the building, which was constructed in 1901. Hudson Furniture’s lease includes the entire second floor, where they will move in Q1 2015. Other major tenants in the building include Kleinfeld Bridal Corp, The Dessy Group and The Barbarian Group, according to Costar information.
