Urban Renaissance Group has secured $27 million in bridge financing for the nearly 100-year-old J.K. Gill Building in Portland, Oregon, where developers are turning to repurposing older buildings, rather than building new ones, to enter an office market that's coming off one of its best performing years in terms of investment activity.
