Plans to ensure a "resilient, diverse and green" future for Glasgow's main retail destination, known as the "Golden Z", have been approved by the council as local stakeholders look to reverse the fortunes of the area amid post-COVID challenges, including a "pressing need" to repurpose vacant sites and buildings.
