One of the Lone Star State's largest speculative industrial buildings has gotten underway in Wilmer, a suburb about 15 miles south of downtown Dallas, in a move betting on the strength of the industrial market in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, which is home to the nation's largest construction pipeline totaling more than 84 million square feet of industrial space.
