Tri-Tech Forensics, a provider of evidence collection and crime scene investigation products, leased 50,220 square feet to help spur the expansion of the International Logistics Park in Leland, North Carolina.
The extension of the International Commerce Center warehouse at 3811 International Blvd. NE not only signifies the continuous growth of the park but also showcases the flourishing business environment in North Carolina. With its strategic location, state-of-the-art facilities and abundant resources, the expanded facility will offer opportunities for businesses across diverse industries.

The winners are chosen by independent panels of industry professionals who work in the markets they judge.
International Commerce Center I LLC, owner of the existing 150,660-square-foot, Class A warehouse, is spearheading this expansion.
About the Project: Expected to be completed by the second quarter, the expanded facility will offer a total of 285,020 square feet. Located in the coastal region of southeastern North Carolina, 18 miles away from the Port of Wilmington, the International Logistics Park serves as a prime hub for business growth.
