Sachin Anand has joined Ottawa-based real estate firm Regional Group as senior director of acquisitions where he will direct a team working to identify value-add commercial and mid-/high-rise development opportunities. Previously a vice president of real estate finance for CMLS Financial, Anand has extensive experience in arranging acquisition and development financing including modeling capital structures, deal negotiation and lending practices.
