Deutsche Bank took a $425 million loan to refinance the 1.7 million-square-foot Seattle building housing the headquarters of coffee seller Starbucks in a former industrial neighborhood once poised for rapid development. It marks a bet on the return of an area hit by both social unrest and the pandemic.
