A new Chicago biotech research hub backed by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan has leased space in the Fulton Market district, the fast-growing former meatpacking district that is vying to become the center of the city’s efforts to become a top life science cluster in the United States.
