South Hills Plaza Sold for $20.7M

Commercial Realty Consultants Sell 121,000 SF in West Covina

Hong Kong-based L.T. Global Investment, Inc. acquired the South Hills Plaza at 1410-1432 S. Azusa Ave. in West Convina, CA for $20.7 million, or approximately $172 per square foot, from Commercial Realty Consultants, Inc. The retail center was built in 1982 with a Taco Bell outlot completed in 1992. The shopping center totals 120,589 square feet in the Eastern San Gabriel Valley submarket of Los Angeles, and was 85 percent occupied at the time of sale, anchored by Marukai Market and 24 Hour Fitness. Philip D. Voorhees, Jimmy Slusher, Megan Read, Matt Burson, Brad Rable and John Read with CBRE represented the seller and the buyer in the sale.
