Cushman Lands Massey Knakal With Winning Bid

Sale To C&W Called "Best Opportunity" for the Firm's Partners and Clients

Cushman & Wakefield bested several other rivals in bidding to acquire Massey Knakal Realty Services, expanding its strong presence in the New York real estate market by adding one of the region’s most active investment property sales firms. Terms of the winning bid were not disclosed. Citing a source, the Commercial Observer reported the winning bid was $100 million.
