JMC Holdings Closes On Recently Redeveloped Asset in Downtown Raleigh

JMC Holdings, a real estate investment company headquartered in New York City, acquired the Citrix Systems (NYSE: CTXS) corporate headquarters building at 120 S. West St. in Raleigh, NC for $68.5 million, or about $386 per foot. The sale included an adjacent seven-story parking deck.
