Joint Venture Realizes $35 Million Profit After Liquidating Asset

Jamestown, a national real estate investment and management firm headquartered in Atlanta, purchased the historic 731 Market St. building in downtown San Francisco through its Premier Property Fund for $65.2 million, or approximately $709 per square foot.
