Oxford Properties, owned by Canada’s giant Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System pension fund, is eyeing an investment drive that would see it place billions of dollars into industrial, build to rent, life sciences and data centre real estate in the United Kingdom and Europe in the next few years, alongside further selective investments into offices and retail.
