Hyatt Acquires Remaining Interest in Lost Pines Resort and Spa for $143 Million

Buys Out Woodbine for Full Ownership of Austin-Area Luxury Resort

Hyatt Hotels Corp. (NYSE: H) is now the sole proprietor of the 491-room Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in greater Austin, TX after acquiring Dallas-based Woodbine Development Corp.'s 92% interest in the asset for approximately $143 million. Hyatt also assumed roughly $65 million of property-level debt, bringing the total price to approximately $203 million, or about $450,000 per key.
