Outdoor gear retailer REI Co-op said it sold its custom-designed but unused corporate campus in Bellevue, Washington, to social media giant Facebook for $367.6 million, a deal that underscores the region's increasing appeal to California-grown technology companies as well as shifting property plans in the pandemic.
