The story of a permanently shuttered hotel-casino near Las Vegas has at least two planned sequels in the works. The first has it serving as a filming site for a post-apocalyptic Hollywood movie, the second calls for its conversion into a real-life industrial campus to feed the region’s escalating logistics demand.
