Chicago-based Professional Freezing Services (PFS) recently purchased the 13-acre site at 7035 W. 65th St. in Bedford Park, IL where it plans to demolish the existing 437,910-square-foot industrial property and develop a new 150,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art cooler freezer facility.
