Sun to Acquire 31 Communities in $344 Million Merger

Adding to its investment in manufactured housing, Sun Communities has agreed to acquire a portfolio of 31 mostly retirement properties for $344 million through a merger with senior housing builder and operator Jensen’s, which will become a subsidiary of the real estate investment trust.
