Weighed down by macroeconomic uncertainty, as well as by the many concerns about changes in working patterns and corporate real estate strategies, office property failed to convince investors in 2024, and was not the leading asset class in the French real estate market. For the first time, logistics and business real estate took the crown, raising over €5 billion. This performance was achieved thanks to large, largely core+ portfolios, the majority of which were awarded to international investors following particularly competitive bids.
