Retail Rents in San Diego Are on the Rise

Retail rents have begun recovering in San Diego during the second half of 2021. That has coincided with an increase in new leasing activity that has reached its highest level amid the pandemic, in part due to Costco Business Center leasing a 140,000-square-foot space that was vacated by Fry’s Electronics in San Marcos.
