New York-based TH Real Estate, an investment manager with $114 billion in assets under management, purchased a 175,673-square-foot Whole Foods Market-anchored retail center in Hoover, Alabama, from Boyle Investment Company. Whole Foods Market Plaza sold for an undisclosed price.
