French Investor Corum Buys Capgemini’s Utrecht HQ for €78 Million

French investor Corum has bought the Capgemini headquarters in Utrecht from Chinese insurer Dajia for €78 million, a yield of between 7.60% and 7.75%, reported Business Immo, a CoStar News publication.
