Wood Partners Sells 290-Unit 8th + Hope Luxury Apts

Chicago-based Essex Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESS) has acquired the 8th+Hope luxury apartment high-rise at 801 S. Hope St. in downtown Los Angeles from developer Wood Partners for $200 million, or about $690,000 per unit.
