Milhaus, an Indianapolis-based developer specializing in hard-to-assemble, urban infill and select suburban apartments, has sold the 354-unit Highland Row apartment complex in Memphis to Forge Partners of Rancho Santa Fe, California, for $64.7 million, or about $183,000 per unit.
