The extended-stay sector continues to outpace traditional hotel demand growth, posting a 3% annual increase through 2024, compared to modest 0.2% annual growth for non-extended stay conventional hotels. Supply growth has followed a similar pattern, with extended-stay properties growing at 3.2% and traditional hotels growing at 0.2% for the year.
