Once outdated and deteriorated, the revitalized Centlivre Apartments have brought a new host of amenities to the multifamily community of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Centlivre Apartments, which is comprised of four buildings dating back to 1960, now have updated, modern facades. New units have a patio or balcony, and the campus includes a new clubhouse and leasing office, community spaces, workout space, indoor bike storage and an outdoor pool, according to the project's architect Design Collaborative.

The Crown Building was the final phase of the project.

The development earned a 2024 CoStar Impact Award, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the Fort Wayne market.

JATS Construction led the development along with architect Kelly Shields of Design Collaborative and the property's manager, Emma Gildey.

About the Project: According to CoStar data, the building is owned by BND Commercial Real Estate and managed by Centlivre LLC. The building is about a 23-minute drive from Fort Wayne International Airport.
